1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ea22 online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing the ea22 website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all clauses of these Terms.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and account. If you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach, notify ea22 immediately. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out under your identity until you have notified us in a timely manner.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ea22 reserves the right to verify the identity of every member to ensure a safe and transparent service. Withdrawals or bonus processing may be put on hold until verification is complete. Documents that may be requested include:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend withdrawing any pending balance before closing your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on ea22: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

• You must use a payment method registered in your own name — the use of third-party accounts is not accepted.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly, though bank transfers may take a little longer.
• ea22 reserves the right to reject funds from any illegal or suspicious source.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• All applicable wagering requirements on bonuses must be fulfilled before making a withdrawal.
• Unusual withdrawal amounts or methods may be subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawals via bank transfer may take somewhat longer than usual.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ea22 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a received bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may have a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• A member is not eligible to receive the welcome bonus more than once.
• Bonuses are applicable only for playing on the ea22 platform; bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If a member violates the bonus policy, that bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
• ea22 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the ea22 platform are operated fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game or in the help section. General gaming rules:

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the affected bet may be automatically cancelled and the balance refunded.
• ea22 will not be held responsible for issues arising from loss of internet connection.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, ea22's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• Winnings obtained from any software error or bug are not valid and may be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ea22 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Using hacking, bots, or automated software to influence game results.
• Accessing or using another member's account without their permission.
• Deliberately interfering with the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members.
• Opening or operating an account using false or misleading information.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment accounts.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ea22 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, databases, and other materials — is covered by the intellectual property rights of ea22 or its authorised partners. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limited permission is granted to view and use platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This permission is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.

9 Limitation of Liability

ea22 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Disruption to the services of third-party providers (payment gateways, game suppliers).
• Loss caused by your own negligence or carelessness.
• Services being suspended or restricted due to unforeseen legal changes.
• Financial loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

10 Changes & Termination

10.1 Changes to Terms

ea22 may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members via their registered email or through a notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after a change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

10.2 Account Termination

ea22 may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Changes in applicable laws making it impossible to operate the service.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

If an account is closed and there is no violation, any valid balance will be returned — after applicable rules and the verification process have been completed.

These Terms are drafted in Bengali and governed by the laws in force in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict in translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
